Private Instruction

Stonefox Editions offers one-on-one instruction in professional stone and plate lithography in a well-equipped professional shop.

Our mission is to provide artists with an opportunity to produce original prints. Drawing on a rich tradition of artist-craftsman collaboration, the studio is a place for artists to work with a Master Printer in an open and professional creative environment.

Owner and Master Printer Alexander A, Kirillov holds a Master Printer Diploma from Tamarind Institute and a BFA in Printmaking and Art History from the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. Currently Professor of Lithography at the Maryland Institute College of Art, he has printed professionally at Tamarind Institute (Albuquerque, NM), Brodsky Center for Innovative Editions (New Brunswick, NJ), Brandywine Workshop (Philadelphia, PA), Union Press (Boston, MA), and Museograbado (Zacatecas, Mexico).

An accomplished artist and printmaker, Veronica Hanssens studied at The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and The University of Pennsylvania and printed at the Brandywine Workshop. In addition to assisting with publishing projects at Stonefox Editions, Veronica is a shop technician at Bucknell University.
